
Anne Krebs is Head of the Socio-Economic Studies and Research Division at the Louvre Museum’s Research and Collection Department.
The research programme is covering visitors’ practices; cultural trends and cultural consumption as regards the Louvre museum policy and development area; the social and economic role of museums and digital cultural policies.
She is the author of various articles and books, among them: with Bruno Maresca, Le renoveau des musées (2005), with Xavier Greffe, The relationships between museums and municipalities in Europe (2011) and with Yves Evrarv, The authenticity of the museum experience in the digital age: the case of the Louvre (2017).
