Margarida Moleiro coordinates the Cultural Heritage Services and the Office of Studies and Editorial Planning of the Municipality of Torres Novas since 2014 when she took over as director of the Carlos Reis Municipal Museum -MMCR; since 2018, she has accumulated this position with that of intermediate head of Culture of the Municipality of Torres Novas.

She represents the MMCR in the Medium Tagus Museum Network, being part of its coordinating team.

She holds a degree in History, a postgraduate degree in Cultural Heritage and a Master’s degree in Editorial Studies.

She attended the doctoral program in Cultural Studies (University of Aveiro/University of Minho) and is currently a PhD candidate in Museology at the Lusófona University of Lisbon.
