Hugo Martínez de Seabra is Project Manager of the Gulbenkian Sustainable Development Programme responsible for two areas: artistic practices with social impact (PARTIS) and migrations.

He joined the Foundation in 2005 and has since managed numerous grants and organised conferences and events for capacity building and network creation.

Before joining the Foundation, he was a consultant to the Ministry of Justice in the area of planning the new judicial map (2001-2005).

He holds a Master’s degree in Historical Economics and Sociology, a Post-Graduate degree in Ethnicities and Nationalisms and a Bachelor’s in Sociology.
